HORNE, Circuit Judge. -- The appellee filed a bill in equity to have declared to be invalid and illegal certain tax sale certificates of Clay County, Florida, for the years 1914 and 1915 for the non-payment of taxes for the years 1913 and 1914, respectively, upon two parcels of land referred to in the pleadings as ""First Parcel"" and ""Second Parcel,"" because of a claim of exemption from taxation, and because of a claim that the assessment and sales were invalid for stated reasons.
